The manufacturer offers a 1-year warranty on the product and a 10-year warranty on the inverter compressor (T&C apply), covering comprehensive repairs, rectification, or replacement of key components such as the electronic PCB, indoor evaporating coil, and outdoor condenser coil. The warranty excludes air filters, plastic and metal parts, remote handset, and gas charging, with gas refilling costs for the compressor, evaporator, or condenser coil to be borne by the customer and applicable only for residential usage.
